Delivery by appointment
Select this shipping method when you want to be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery. This is particularly necessary when you are not sure of being present at the time of delivery. The service includes a supplement of Euro 5.00 excluding VAT which is automatically added to the standard shipping rate based on weight.
Once this shipping method has been selected, it is necessary to indicate in the notes field the telephone number and the name of the interested party that the courier must contact to arrange the delivery.
Information
The cost of shipping is given by the total weight of the products placed in the cart. For each product its shipping weight is indicated, to view it look for the “Shipping weight” line on the right of the product image in the “product sheet”.
During the purchase phase, therefore even before confirming the order, you will be given the exact weight reached by the cart and the relative shipping cost.
For all shipments we will always indicate the relative tracking number through which the customer can track his shipment and, in the event of delivery problems (example: recipient absent), he can agree with the branch to which the courier belongs on the day of delivery. or even schedule the collection of the goods personally at the same branch.
